Another ‘non-recipe’ recipe for all the excess zucchini you don’t know what to do with this summer. Grilled zucchini is a nice, healthy accompaniment to any main dish.  Throw it on the grill whenever you’re cooking your burgers, wings or ribs. If you live in an apartment and don’t have a backyard grill, use a panini grill or George Foreman grill.
