Very simple-I love salsa w/ avocado and it's nice, quick and simple. However, sometimes I forget that I've devoured all the salsa in the house and OMG, my avocados have suddenly went from bricks to softened ripe perfection- I use the following ingredients to make a satisfying guacamole.

(1) avocado
(1/8 cup) diced red onion
(1 tsp) lemon juice (I would prefer lime, but never have any on hand)
dash of cumin
moderate amt. of cilantro (depends on if you use fresh or dried)
1/4 tsp bottled garlic
tiny weenie dash of salt.
Mash in bowl with potato masher.
