We like Kikkoman in Japanese-style dishes but find it to be too salty for Chinese-style. We prefer Aloha Shoyu, which is available in Hawaii (where I’m from) and on the West Coast.
Thanks for the comment! Unfortunately we don’t get many good soy sauce varieties here, so Kikkoman is our best bet. I will look for Aloha Shoyu next time I’m at an asian market.
My husband enjoyed the Thanksgiving turkey so much he bought another one, which didn't fit in the freezer, which I had to roast yet again. 5 months ago
