Their friends from S. France taught us another salad dressing recipe: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard and chopped garlic (make all to taste). It&#039;s quite bulkier b/c of the mustard, but goes nice with spring lettuce and spinach and also rocks as a baste for chicken.</description>
