		<description>Your jerky looks delicious!  I made some with a similar marinade but used a dehydrator instead of the oven.  I bought the dehydrator on ebay and it runs hot (it&#039;s no Excalibur or American Harvest *drool*) and cooks banana chips too crispy for my liking. However, just for that reason it&#039;s great for jerky.  We leave it overnight and filled all 5 trays with our first batch.  Shamefully, all the jerky was eaten within 2 days (there are only 2 of us in the house).  Thanks for reminding me it&#039;s been too long since there&#039;s been jerky in the house!</description>
