I just wanted to let you know i love ur blog its very fresh and inspiring and to let you know that your pictures really are amazing, i know a little about photography and its easy to see you have great skill with a camera, im loving the family sessions too btw lol but the names are a bit weird lol. I got onto ur site because of that wonderful galette that u posted – it went everywhere. Just keep up the good work with these very cool recipes lol,

love the pics – and the first “standing on tree” competition was started because the tree was practically rotted and they were daring each other to see if the tree would hold their weight. Typical.

…also, for the cowboy caviar, i did make some changes to the original recipe – added lime juice, used fresh jalapenos. and actually – there are a lot of canned things in the recipe which are probably best subbed for fresh.

I laugh to myself when I look at these pictures too. I don’t like pictures of myself, and if anyone does take a picture of me I delete it if possible. My husband and his family, on the other hand, looovvvveeee getting photographed. And they’re just more photogenic.
