I plan on making Boeuf Bourguignonne for Christmas dinner.  I started my research on looking up different recipes as well as blogs.  Of all my findings (25 blogs/recipes)yours was the one that made the most precise sense.  I do not feel at all intimidated after seeing how you illustrated each step.
