OMG! I made these burgers last night and they were AMAZING! My husband, who prefers red meat 90% of the time (trying to steer him away from that) said that he would choose these over a regular hamburger any day.

We did make a few substitutions simply because that was what we had on hand… we used red bell peppers instead of green peppers, red onions and threw in a couple cloves of garlic just for kicks.

Thanks for this awesome recipe… I will definitely be using it again! :)

I’ve only made turkey burgers once and I wasn’t crazy about them, but these.. oh yeah, I’m totally makin these! I’ve seen wild turkeys here while out on a hiking trail. Talk about..strange.

I totally want to buy slippers, curlers and a fake ciggie to walk the dog up the street. What a great way to meet our neighbors!

Yes you must try a turkey burger Chiara! They always never sound as good as a real burger, probably because it doesn’t have as much flavor as beef, usually it’s more subtle. That’s why it’s fun to flavor the heck outta it.

p.s. another thing I forgot to mention is you can make these into meatballs if you don’t want burgers. They taste great with pasta and sauce.
