		<description>I didn&#039;t realize it was so easy. The best hummus I ever had was at a Lebanese restaurant in Iowa that closed. I think they put sumac spices, paprika and olive oil on hummus before serving. That made it sooo good.</description>

		<description>Oh god, I LOVE hummus! Tahini&#039;s a fun little ingredient, isn&#039;t it? I made baba ganoush one chistmas and had to buy tahini. Only comes in that big ass jar and I only needed like a tablespoon or two. So I had tahini in my fridge forever. I should have made some hummus I guess. If you&#039;ve never had baba ganoush, I recomend giving it a try. It&#039;s an arabic dip with eggplant and other yummy things. I didn&#039;t love the recipe I used. Wegmans has some amazing baba ganoush at the olive bar and I was kind of hoping it would come out more like that. Oh well. Now I&#039;m craving hummus.</description>
