i want to make this recipe it sound soo good but is the temperture suppose to be 345 degrees ferinhiet or celcius?

I just made these and found them to be incredibly dry. What did I do wrong?? :( The flavor profile is good – you can tell, but mine are just so dry. Too much flour maybe?

Well…I went searching online for mini pies…just to make sure it wasn’t too complicated. I’m so glad I found your site! i’ve made pies long ago with rum or whiskey, with the apples cooked down prior to baking. would that work with these? i want to scale down the size, but maintain that ‘umphf’.
