Hummingbird - Me too :)

Jen - I considered putting cooked/cubed chicken in place of sausage. Or if you wanted to omit the meat, go for it, or add extra veggies (mushrooms, peppers, etc).

This sounds really good, too bad I am not a fan of sausage. Do you know if I could put something else instead, or just omit it all together?

Linda - I do too. It tastes less heavy than a regular crust.

April - Skip the parm and just add the flour then! Just add enough flour to soak up the excess moisture from the potatoes and you should be set :)

Anu - You're welcome!

Katherine - Goodie! :) I always have those ingredients on hand too...

Nora - Thank you and happy halloween to you as well! :)
