		<description>Thank you so much Fei-fei! I wanted to say it had the same crunchy texture as water chestnut but I wasn&#039;t sure. I really hope you at least have an asian grocery store where you are though. I always have the frozen packages of har gow on hand for my dim sum fix.</description>

		<description>I love Dim Sum.  The turnip cake look-a-like is actually water chestnut cake.  I&#039;ve made the same mistake before.  There really isn&#039;t Dim Sum around the Midwest, but my favorites are the turnip cake, har gow, and char siu bau (BBQ pork buns).  Yum.</description>
