Don't worry...this is a crazy amount of rain for us. This is a natural almost desert and would normally be uninhabitable for many people if not for imported water. Rain does raise oil slicks on roads (the oil builds up for months and then gets released) and rocks and dirt tend to slip and slide...but mostly it's wonderful here.
