About Me
My name is Candy, and I’m a graphic artist/photographer. After I realized I was able to feed another human being (my husband, Chris), and that human being actually enjoyed being fed, I decided I’d start a blog about cooking and photography. I’m not a chef, I’m not a professional writer, and I don’t claim to be an expert on anything. I’d just like to share our food adventures with all of you, accompanied by gazillions of photographs documenting every inch of the cooking process. That’s all. I wish there were a theme, but there isn’t. Sometimes we can’t put ourselves in a box like that.

You buy dough that has to be kneaded. You don’t begin with packet of yeast. Is that because you have a store that sells the prepared dough. Do you toss the dough?
Adam – I believe you were looking at my pizza post. I buy pre-made pizza dough at the store because it’s easier. I knead the dough onto the pan but I’m not skillful enough to toss it into the air.
