Here is my first batch of cookies I am posting. They are called brown edge wafers. Pretty self-explanatory. Buttery, crispy thin wafer cookies with a hint of orange, and a light drizzling of chocolate ganache. I will definitely be making more of these tomorrow. Individual miniature apple pies help with portion control. The only flaw in this method is if you eat 3 or 4 of them. 
I also cheated and used a package of pie crusts. You can do the same, or make your own.
