Hello, I was browsing through your site and just had to comment on your cats. I actually have two that could be their twins. A big orange guy named Paolo and a cute brownish girl named Baxter. Who would have thought. Ours are very friendly and Baxter is celebrating the ten year anniversary of her adoption today. Take care. Denise
Denise – Awww how cute. 10 year anniversary is a long time! I had Monkey (gray tabby) since 2003, that would make him 7.5 years old, and my husband had Peaches (orange fluffer) for 9 years. Monkey wreaks havoc on everything for attention and Peaches just likes to eat and be petted. :P
I’m attempting your easy chocolate mousse recipe, as the thought of tempering eggs and all that jazz terrifies me, even though I love to cook. I just found your site, and I plan on following regularly. Thanks!
I just came across your site, and it is wonderful. I can’t wait to try some of your recipes. I like your style of writing and the way you present the recipes with commentary and great photos. I hope you keep up the site! I’ve bookmarked it.
Hey Candy!
Hope you are enjoying the nice, HOT, Ga weather with baby girl. Just wondering if you have any recipes for Pork Belly. I have always seen it at Hmart but really don’t know what to do with it. I’d love to see a recipe on Soup Belly.
Chau
Hi Chau – I haven’t done anything with pork belly but my mom makes it all the time. I’ll ask her for the recipe and e-mail it to you. She roasts/broils it until the skin bubbles up and gets crispy.
I’m trying to figure out how many Weight Watcher’s points one serving of your chicken salad with grapes and walnuts is. Do you have that information? Or maybe the nutritional info and I can figure out the points myself?
Thanks!
I lived in Marietta for over 30 years until I married my second husband who moved me to OH, then AZ, then to IL, back to AZ this past fall. I FEEL your pain! Scottsdale AZ is now home, however, my roots are Atlanta GA! I love your blog and recipes! Enjoy living in one of the prettiest states, I am partial!
does anyone know what the health benefits of snow pea leaves are?
